Compassion In Action
Pitch Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is an organization rooted in social responsibility and community impact. Powered in part by MAVRX Sports Housing (formerly P.R.O.S. Sports Housing), which donates a portion of each night’s stay to Pitch’s charitable efforts, was founded on the principle of service to others. Through leveraging the power of sports, we turn the everyday act of finding housing into a meaningful opportunity to create positive change.
At Pitch Initiative, our guiding pillars of athlete philanthropy, youth sports accessibility, aid for the unhoused, and women’s empowerment allow us to make a difference in lives of the marginalized and underserved. Through funding, aid, resources, and volunteerism, we create programs that support our mission and partner with organizations and individuals in alignment with our values. Whether it’s providing grants to underfunded youth sports leagues, donating services and essentials to shelters and unhoused individuals, or championing initiatives that elevate and improve the lives of women, we are dedicated to making a difference and creating lasting impact.

There are a number of ways to support the work we do at Pitch Initiative. You can help amplify our efforts by volunteering your time and resources, using your platform to bring awareness to our organization, or by donating directly to our fundraising link.
Your support not only helps sponsor annual initiatives like Beat the Heat, which provides vital essentials to the vulnerable unhoused community in Phoenix, AZ during the triple-digit summers, and Home for the Holidays, which offers rent and utilities relief in December to families or individuals in need but also enables us to create and fund charitable programs year-round.
