Nicolette Hawthorne, CEO and founder, established MAVRX with a mission rooted in personal experience. Having faced the challenges of constant relocation firsthand and drawing on her extensive background in property management, Nicolette sought to simplify and elevate the relocation process for athletes and their families. Inspired by her love of sports, she transformed MAVRX from a corporate stay provider into the industry leader in sports housing solutions.

As the company grew, Nicolette partnered with two exceptional leaders and businesswomen. Both having a personal background rooted in the world of professional sports, Amber Ridenhour-Palmore, President, and Jessica Davila, Sales Executive, also bring with them a wealth of experience in property management, real estate, client relations, strategic growth, and operational excellence. Together, this dynamic trio leads an award-winning team that consistently delivers innovative, top-tier housing solutions tailored to the unique demands of high-performing athletes.
